The challenge

Expert Glazing London, a commercial glazing and glass partitioning contractor, had finished a job in Watford and needed their scaffolding and site equipment moved straight over to their next site in Essex. Scaffold frames, boards, poles and debris netting are the opposite of household goods — long, heavy, dirty and awkward to secure. Everything had to be loaded so nothing could shift on a motorway run, and kept clear of anything it might mark or damage.

How it went

Frames, boards and poles were loaded flat and strapped down the length of the van, netting and loose fittings bagged separately, and the whole load delivered to the Essex site ready for the team to start their next installation. Trade customers use us for exactly this kind of job — moving tools and equipment between sites without tying up their own vans or pulling fitters off the tools for a day.
