We collect personal data when you:

Submit a quote request or enquiry form on our website
Book a removal service online
Contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp

Service data: move date, move size, service type, any notes you provide

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health data, financial account details or payment card numbers). Payments, if applicable, are handled by third-party processors and we never see your card details.

Service providers who help us operate our business (e.g. email delivery via Resend, database hosting via Supabase, website hosting via Vercel, analytics via Google Analytics). These providers act as data processors under contract and may only process your data on our instructions.
Calendar integration: booking details are synced to our internal Google Calendar (not shared publicly).
Legal authorities: if required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision).
