Senior & Downsizing Moves in Richmond: what to expect
Removals across Richmond cover Richmond town centre, Twickenham, Teddington, Barnes, Mortlake, Kew and East Sheen. We assess riverside and narrow-street access before quoting, and dismantle and rebuild furniture as standard.
Getting around Richmond
Richmond town centre and Twickenham have CPZ restrictions and weekend congestion, and Barnes and Kew residential streets are narrow in parts. Several riverside properties have restricted access — we assess gate widths, paths and parking before confirming.
What's included with senior & downsizing moves in Richmond
No rushing
We work to your pace, not a stopwatch. Moves can be split across two days where that makes the day easier.
Beds built the same day
Beds and essential furniture reassembled and in place before we leave, so the first night is comfortable.
Storage for the overflow
Downsizing usually means more than fits. We can take the surplus to storage as part of the same booking.
Family kept in the loop
Happy to plan with sons, daughters or carers, and to give one clear point of contact throughout.
